First of all, improper use of fruits can lead to cirrhosis of the liver. They contain a lot of fructose, which contributes to the deposition of fat. Secondly, the liver can be negatively affected by a sedentary lifestyle.
Finally, the problem may lie in medications. It is in the liver that the drugs are broken down. If fatigue and pain in the upper abdomen appear after taking the tablets, experts advise to give up the drug and consult a doctor.
According to experts, the liver controls hormonal balance, protein, fat and sugar metabolism, and also removes toxins from the body. At the same time, it can be affected not only by cirrhosis, but also by obesity — the accumulation of excess fat around the organ.
